USB sticks are usually easier and faster, but DVDs are available if you prefer a disc.

DVD Copies:

  • Standard – £3

    Up to ~2-hour tapes. Simple, reliable, works in any DVD player.

  • Longer Tapes – £5

    Tapes that need dual-layer discs. Works in most DVD players.

Q&A

  • The launch offer is our limited local launch. It lets me refine the service and get community feedback while offering you a lower introductory price.

  • Expect about 1-2 weeks per batch, depending on volume. We’ll give you a personal estimate when you book.

    • Purchase a tested USB stick from me (£10), guaranteed for compatibility and reliable write speeds

    • Each stick comes with a test & speed certificate.

    • Digital transfer of each VHS tape to high-quality MP4 (or MOV) format

    • Basic clean-up and inspection of tapes

    • Return of your original tapes and USB (or digital download key)

    • Hand returned tapes in the Warsop area

  • Your tapes stay with me, personally handled at every step. They never leave my workspace and are always returned safely.
